The apartment is equipped with a backup electricity system to keep essential appliances running during power failures or load shedding.

Please Note: This system is designed only for load shedding and may not function during a major power outage affecting the entire area.

 

Important Usage Guidelines:

• Only the lights, fridge, and TV outlets will remain functional during an outage.

• DO NOT plug in any other devices, as this may overload the system and cause it to trip.

• If the system trips due to misuse, an electrician call-out will be required to reset it, incurring a R850 fee.
